[ about ]
Groundnote is an AI note taker that records in the browser, takes an uploaded recording, or accepts a pasted transcript. It pulls out decisions, action items with owners, risks and open questions, with the full transcript next to them so you can check what was said without rewatching the call.
Recaps can be shared by email or Slack, or as a link to anyone who was at the meeting or missed it. Recipients don't need an account, and sign-up works in one click with Google or Microsoft.
The Free plan allows up to 5 meetings a week with no time limit and no credit card. Sending tasks to Jira, Asana, Linear or ClickUp is part of the Team plan.
